What if one place could bring everyone’s favorites together—and give them something new to discover?

That’s the idea behind The Snack Lab. A savory bowl can lead to a custom candy mix. A coffee catch-up can turn into an ice cream stop. And a snack you’ve never seen before can become the reason you come back.

We brought five labs together in downtown St. Louis to make room for all of it: good food, a little creativity, and time well spent. Come on your own, bring a date, meet your friends, or make it a family outing.
